去骨雞腿、山藥牛蒡茶湯
1.水滾後,雞腿川燙約莫一分鐘,沖冷水
2.山藥牛蒡蔘茶滾到馨香溢出,雞腿方入湯中,大滾後轉中小火或小火,使其似滾非滾至雞腿已熟透,筷箸插入雞腿,不會有血水滲出
3.將涼透的湯汁及雞腿放入冰箱
